Our History
2003
EquiTrust began operating in the independent-insurance channel.
- Subsidiary of FBL Financial Group, West Des Moines, Iowa;
- FBL Financial Group is a regional carrier with dedicated sales force; EquiTrust expanded FBL's 15-state marketing reach with independent agents, and a national presence;
- Introduced first product: Certainty Annuity.
